Out of all of my pics this past year, this one got the most views and fav tags in Flickr. As much as I’d like to think it was the composition, I think the overall idea was what people liked.

In my last post I mentioned towards the end that the doctor encourages everybody to reboot their system and then to restart life with healthy eating patterns. Originally, I was going to wait a bit before doing the reboot with the idea that Anita and I could do it together next month when we don't have Robbie for a week.

Whenever I’m in Boston I’m reminded of how big a sports town it is. Rightfully so, in the past decade, Boston fans have experienced winning two World Series, three Superbowls, and a Basketball championship. If you’re a teenage sports fan living in Boston, you already experienced a lifetime of victories.

Last week, thanks to a reference from a friend, I went to a holistic doctor whose primary background is in chiropractics, but has also done a lot of study in the area of digestion and systemic health.

The Sacred Vapor blog is changing. When I started blogging several years ago, the objective was to write about my thoughts as they pertain to theology. But in some ways… the blog started to feel a bit academic and abstract.

A couple years ago I set up a PayPal account to take online donations for Genesis. At the time, I tried to make it a business account, but for some reason, PayPal wouldn't let me, so I left it as an individual user account.
